Is there a free trial available? ReplyBlue is currently in beta testing. We’re only accepting select clients to ensure the best experience. If you’re interested in a live demo.​
Can I change my plan? Yes! You can add additional lines anytime. Just email us or message us on Slack, and we’ll get you set up within 2-3 business days, depending on demand.
What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel anytime unless you're on our Pro Plan, which requires a yearly contract for organizations needing dedicated support.
How does billing work? We invoice every 30 days via email or text, with a reminder 15 days before payment is due. You have a 7-day grace period after the due date—after that, a $10 late fee applies. Let us know if you need help!
How do I change my email? Just reach out, and we’ll update it for you.
How can I get multiple phone numbers for my account?​
Currently, dedicated phone numbers are only supported on the Pro Plan.
How much do dedicated numbers cost?​
Dedicated numbers are priced differently depending on country, area code, functionalities, and use-case. to get a quote and to learn about our bulk number discounts. * Warning: At the moment we are only offering United States numbers.
What will happen to my existing users if I upgrade to a different dedicated number?
Existing users will still be messaged from the old number to ensure a consistent user experience. While new users will be messaged from the new number. If you'd like to migrate all users to the new number, just let us know during the upgrade.
What if the person I'm messaging doesn't have iMessage?​
We will fall back and fulfill the message with SMS from the same phone number at no additional charge.
Can I call from these numbers?​
This is a new feature we are working on adding in upcoming release. Stay tune.
Can I do message blasts?​
No, We do not support message blasts as they are commonly used for spam and damage the reputation of iMessage.
Do you support voice memos?
Yes we support voice memos and any other file type you can send via iPhone (mp3, mp4, etc.) 🎥
Can I port over my own phone number?

Is it really unlimited texting?
We allow our users to send unlimited texts to their contacts. However, we do have a limits on contacts messaged per day per phone line to prevent spam. Additional phone lines can be purchased to raise the limit.
Is there a minimum messaging requirement for the Pro Package?​
Yes, the minimum messaging requirement to be on the Pro Plan 30,000 messages/month.
What service packages are offered with Replyblue?​
Yes, we have 3 simple tier packages that we offer:
Starter Plan: 300+ messages/day
Core Plan (Most popular) : 500+ messages/day
Pro Plan: 3000+ messages/day
Can this service be shut down by Apple?​

Why aren't my links expanding?​
Apple blocks your phone line from expanding links when a sender is not in your contact list. A handy workaround is to send an Apple contact card to your user.
What happens if the recipient of a message doesn't have an iPhone?​
If the recipient of one of your messages doesn't have iMessage enabled we will automatically fall back to sending the message through SMS at no extra cost.
Does a number have to be a contact prior to me sending a message to it?​
No, a contact will automatically be created when a message is sent through the API. However a contact does have to be registered in order to receive inbound messages from them.
Can I delete contacts and add new ones to stay under the limit?​
Yes, however the messages are tied to the contact will no longer appear in the conversations view of your dashboard.
No, All of your messages get sent out regardless of underlying services. Our fallback from iMessage to SMS (via our upstream carrier) happens if we see that an iMessage has failed to send. if an SMS fails via our upstream carrier, we retry it using a scale SMS provider such as Twilio.
